Bernardus Broeckaert was born in Wetteren, a son to Joannes Josephus Broeckaert (Wetteren 1726 - 1760) and to Maria Livina Matthijs, born in Wetteren ca 1730.
Bernardus married Maria Livina Venneman (Schelderode 1763 - Serskamp 1825) and died in Serskamp on January 10 1802.
Bernardus and Maria Livina were the parents of Eugenius Broeckaert (Serskamp 1792 - 1846) whom we met a few posts ago.

On that day Joannes Josephus Broeckaert died in Wetteren where he had been born on January 26 1726 (I apparently missed to blog a post on him for that date). He married Maria Livina Matthijs who was born in Wetteren in 1730.
