The International Monetary Fund says that the world is pulling out of the recession.

Don't you believe it.
But saying otherwise would be an admission that this is not a "thirteen in a dozen" recession and that getting out of it will demand significant changes in the international economic and financial system.
For those with a short memory, the IMF is one of the international institutions responsible for the world wide "distribution" of the "advantages" of the free market economy.
