Brussels

In how many non exotic countries does one have a minister for housing "and taxis" and a secretary of state (underminister) for public cleanliness ? Yes I wrote taxis, not taxes.

OK, we all know that Brussels is a dirty, filthy, trashy and all but flashy city, but is a minister part of the solution or part of the problem ?
