After a visit today to the "fast counter" of a bank (the joke !!!) and of a supermarket ; after a call to an energy supplier, and after some problems with a world famous supplier of software, I decree :


So ignore them whenever possible. Almost anyone, or anything, takes precedence over them. Once customers have deposited their money or paid for their shopping, they are of no interest whatsoever.

And specially for the banksters : who was the stupid bastard who suggested that getting one's own money out of the bank should be a ride in the park ? Once you got hold of it, make it as hard as possible for the customer to get it back !
