The Flemish government apparently got the lid on the nose. The observers of the Council of Europe found for the french-speaking mayors.

Flemish politicians are almost besides themselves with indignation, and - at the same time - are trying to play down the message.

Could I say that, as a contrarian, I savour the moment ?
