The Flemish website of the Roman catholic church claims that the "Turks celebrate Paul". The title surprised and shocked me.

See : http://www.kerknet.be/actua/nieuws_detail.php?nieuwsID=80360 (apparently there is a Pauline year starting or something).

It would be much more correct to write that Turkish christians celebrate Paul.

Whatever the Turkish state may claim, it has no love for christians, orthodox, protestant or Roman catholic. The status of the minuscule christian communities in Turkey is uncertain at least.

If I am wrong, I would like to see some proof before I apologise.
