Preventable deaths

Jeffrey Smith again (but slightly edited) :

"The US is dead last among 19 countries surveyed in preventable deaths. It's also the only one of the 19 that denies medical care to its citizens if they're not independantly wealthy or have one of the few remaining jobs with health insurance. Why? Because the Republican Party is all in favor of making medical care a free market proposition. If you can't pay, you'd best die and decrease the surplus population."

Needless to say, Jeffrey is a democrat (and a Hillary fan). But I am afraid he is absolutely right here ...
