Carolus Van Tricht passed away in Pamel where he had been born on June 7 1696. He became a meisenier in 1751. His wife Josina Van Londerzele passed away in 1772.

They had eight children, but local archives show that they must have fallen on hard times. The surface he and his brother in law rented from the Ninove abbey fell significantly during his lifetime, he had significant debts (he could not pay the rent for his farm) and chances are he did not even live in the Withuis any more when he died.

Catharina Suzanna Van Tricht (Pamel 1725 - 1788) is the only child for which additional date can be found. She had five children. Her daughter Elisabeth Sterckx (Pamel 1754 - Okegem 1799) was the first wife of Josephus named Judocus Neukermans (Okegem 1736 - 1814) with whom she had seven children (Judocus had another three with his second wife).

Their son Adrianus Neukermans (Okegem 1788 - 1860) fathered Amandus (Okegem 1824 - 1857), the father of my great-grandfather Hermilianus Neukermans (Okegem 1855 - 1932).
