Bernardus Broeckaert died in Serskamp. He was born in Wetteren on April 26 1758 and married Joanna Theresia Venneman (Schelderode 1763 - Serskamp 1825).

Their son Eugenius was born in Serskamp in 1792 and died there in 1846. His spouse Judoca Van Poucke was born in Schellebelle in 1797 and died in Serskamp in 1856.

Eugenius and Judoca were the parents of Karel Bernardus Broeckaert, my great-great-grandfather. See the previous post.
