A group of teenage car thieves took a joy ride to a court-ordered counselling program aimed to keep them away from stealing cars, Winnipeg police said on Tuesday.

I tell you, it can be more than icy cold in the windy city on the Prairies. The Americans say that Chicago is the windy city. Winnipeg is much worse !
