Maria Meganck died in Denderhoutem where she had been born on November 11 1666. In 1686 she married Franciscus De Dier who died in Denderhoutem in 1715.

They had 10 children, and the story has been told in the post "November 11 1666".

Up to now, I have not researched whether the Meganck family which figures in my mother's ancestors is related to the Meganck family in my father's ancestors. That is not entirely improbable.
