Not surprising when one sees what's happening to Dexia and to "rock solid" KBC in small Belgium and what's happening worldwide. Panicky governments desperately trying to calm down panicky investors.
Everyone, except for the develish iniatiators and/or manipulators of this crisis, groping around in the dark.
A financial Armageddon, indeed.
