Goossens Joannes, who was born on February 7 1652 in Denderhoutem, died there. He married Maria Guns, born in the same locality in 1660.

Their son Egidius (Denderhoutem 1695 - 1762) was the father of Franciscus (Denderhoutem 1733 - 1778).

Egidius had a daughter Maria Anna (Denderhoutem 1774 - 1852) who was the mother of Coleta Vlaeminck (Denderhoutem 1813 - 1891). We just recently referred to Coleta, the mother of my great-grandmother Blondina Muylaert (Denderhoutem 1849 - Pamel 1942).
