Not really for us. Let's be realistic : the customer is not a consumer to be treated with respect, but a source of income.
I think that what I wrote above is right, but my vision of Suez will always be colored and subjective. I have personally experienced their "long term vision" when they sold my employer, which, with vision and guts, we had built into a profitable world player. They sold it to a foreign competitor, who was operated by very nice guys indeed, but vision was not their core strength ...
But then the shareholder is always right, and d*** the rest.

Consumer FRIENDLY markets ?!? As if those did exist. Rip them off, that's the message ! And all the rest is tripe !
