By the way, I have been avoiding to spout comments on American and other plans to fight the present crisis. That's because I do not have a clue about who is right and who is wrong. All I can say is that the present catfighting among well known and respected economists is not pretty to behold ...

Once again it is abundantly clear that economy is not a science but a set of beliefs with various schools of thought ("churches") fighting each other and each other's insights to the death ...
