Probably the most famous keyhole in Rome. It sits in the door of the knights of Malta on the Aventine. You don't know why it is famous ? Maybe I'll tell you ... later.
A clue : the paint has been scraped away by the thousands of cameras which have been pushed against it. And the door is opened for VIPs only.
