Smallest working gun

The Swiss have developed the smallest working gun in the world :

I haven't reproduced the pictures because they are under copyright, but you can see them on the link. Simply unbelievable - for a moment I thought it was April 1 !

I read the whole article, but my question remains : how do you load such a thing without a mini-dwarf to assist you ; how do you aim and how do you pull the trigger ?

Still, there appears to be a market for the potentially deadly gadget.
