A miserable year ends, although I have seen far worse before.

It has not been too bad for me, quite the contrary, but I cannot be happy when I see what is happening in my country and in the world. Stupidity, egoism, hate and greed, and then greed and hate again ...

We all know that the new year very probably will not be better. Still, tradition requires season's wishes. We have thrown the support of religion out of the window, but totally meaningless customs remain firmly in place.

However, dreaming - a very dangerous activity - is not yet forbidden. Meaningless or not, I wish us all love and peace in abundance.
