On that day, Joannes Van de Perre was born in Okegem. He married Maria Elisabeth Borremans (Strijtem ca 1798 - Okegem 1866). Joannes died in Okegem on March 1 1875.

The couple had seven children : the fifth was Joanna Catharina Van de Perre (Okegem 1838 - 1914), the mother of my great-grandmother Clementina Broeckaert (Okegem 1858 - 1939).
