Creeps

Something had to be done about Fortis, and had to be done fast. I completely agree.

But when I see, hear and read that our national politicians, who have proven their almost total incapacity - or worse, ill will - to manage a small country like Belgium for more than sixteen months , are now treated as the heroic saviours of Belgium's main, and recently extremely mismanaged bank, I get the creeps.

I would dearly like to know how - and with which means and resources - they plan to stop another serious attack by the international financial sharks ? It makes me think of Breughel's famous painting in which the one eyed man leads the blind.
