A very young Pablo who was not confused yet. Whether he was contrarian, I do not know. Unfortunately, I can no longer ask my sainted parents.
I am interested in the names of the other children in this picture of the mid-fourties in an Okegem classroom. Pablo is the first on the right in the third row.

How cute. Who could have guessed that even you were born young? ;-)
A communication from a former schoolmate informs me there is hope for identifying some of these kids. The photo must have been taken in 1945 - we moved to Ghent in December of that year.
In the improbable case that a reader might be interested : I am the kid on the right in the third row, touching his face. Next to me sits a boy who became an American millionaire - I kid you not.
