Panis angelicus by Cesar Franck (Liège 1822 - Paris 1890).
Panis angelicus was originally written for tenor, but I prefer this version. I never really liked Pavarotti's "bel canto" interpretation - way too dramatic I think.
The fact that Renée Fleming is nice to look at certainly helps !
